--> Pursuing God's Call Through Biblical Education

Andrew, a senior at Trinity College of Florida, is studying for a Bachelor’s in Advanced Theological Studies with plans to continue his education at seminary, eventually pursuing a master’s and potentially a doctorate. His goal is to work in Christian ministry, particularly within the church.

Andrew was drawn to Trinity after his father, an adjunct professor at the now-closed Clearwater Christian College, learned about the school through former faculty members. Initially, Andrew studied business at a secular online college but found it unfulfilling. Seeking a blend of business and theology, he discovered Trinity’s dual-major program, which allowed him to focus on both subjects. However, after a semester, he realized his passion for theology and switched his major, feeling the Lord was guiding him toward a future in ministry.

Reflecting on his time at Trinity, Andrew describes his college experience as a period of refining his beliefs. Through challenging conversations with faculty and students, he’s been pushed to dive deeper into scripture and solidify his faith. This environment has not only helped him grow academically but also prepared him to engage with those who hold different perspectives.

For prospective students, Andrew highlights the importance of attending a school where faith and education align. In today’s world, where many universities promote values contrary to Christianity, Trinity provides a safe, biblically grounded environment that fosters both personal growth and academic development. Students at Trinity are encouraged to explore their beliefs and learn in a community that upholds Christian values.
