Col. Jack Packer

Col. Jack Packer earned his Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science at Florida A&M University, he then went on to earn a Master of Arts in History at the University of California in Los Angeles, and finally he earned a Master in Educational Leadership at the University of West Florida. Col. Packer also has a professional educator's certificate in Florida.
