The Student Government Association (SGA) is the student-led organization and the student’s official voice to College administration. SGA exists to provide leadership to the student body of Trinity College of Florida. SGA is involved in building community among the student, staff, and faculty through activities and providing opportunities for students to express their opinions concerning the College.
Great Commission Missionary Fellowship
The Great Commission Missionary Fellowship (GCMF) organizes various student activities and events to educate and inspire others to be involved in world missions. An annual Global Impact Conference, held each fall, brings church leaders, missionaries, community development organizations, and others to the College campus for a time of concentrated recognition of the worldwide task of the church. GCMF also organizes student mission trips and lunch forums designed to connect students to global evangelism.
The Imitators of Trinity College of Florida is a student-initiated drama group performing short drams and skits. The group participates in efforts to communicate the message of Christ in a dramatic, interesting, and truthful medium.
For Honor is a service club at Trinity College of Florida and membership is open to everyone. In addition to service activities, Ad Honorem raises funds for various student-led organizations at Trinity College of Florida and provides textbook scholarships for enrolled students.
The Dead [to Sin] Poets Society is the student literary society of Trinity College of Florida. Through art and word, the society engages students on cultural issues to provide a Christian interpretation of current events. The criterion for engagement is that the society’s work accurately reflects a proper Christian interpretation of issues. The society’s goal is that the reality of Jesus Christ would pervade the minds of readers and, in turn, inspire conviction and thought towards God.
Ethical Leadership Society (ELS) is a student club located on the campus of Trinity College of Florida. The purpose of ELS is to equip young leaders in developing the necessary behaviors and skills to approach leadership and management in an ethical manner. Our goal is to establish ELS chapters within high schools and colleges/universities in the greater Tampa Bay area.
