New Student Orientation August 21–24, 2010
You are on your way to becoming a Trinity College of Florida Tiger! New Student Orientation (NSO) will be August 21–24, 2010. Orientation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 21st. Orientation is required for all new students and will be informative and fun, so make arrangements to be on campus.
Admitted students should have received a letter from the Office of Student Development containing a list of the forms which should be completed prior to NSO. If you have any questions about this list, contact the Office of Student Development at (727) 376-6911 ext. 317 or email@example.com
Also, please take the necessary steps to complete the following prior to your arrival for NSO:
Medical Information Form & Health Insurance Verification
Your medical information form will need to be signed by your physician BEFORE it can be submitted to the Office of Student Development. All students are required to carry health insurance coverage while attending Trinity College of Florida. Students can complete the health insurance verification form or provide a copy of their current insurance card. If you do not have health insurance and would like more information, Trinity College of Florida has a student plan offered through United Health Care Student Resources. Please contact the Office of Student Development for more information or visit the UHCSR website: www.uhcsr.com
Resident Hall Questionnaire
This form is necessary if you intend to be a resident student this fall. The deadline for this form is August 1, 2010.
Vehicle Registration Form
In order to obtain a valid parking permit, all vehicles parked on Trinity College of Florida property must carry insurance and a parking permit.
