2013 iServe EXPO: Sept. 3-6

The iServe EXPO is designed to inspire Trinity College of Florida students on how they can serve in their local communities and connect those students to churches and faith-based ministries that make a difference.  The goal of the iServe EXPO is to make Christian service infectious.  This year’s EXPO is September 3-6 and features several exciting events on the campus of Trinity College of Florida: 

iServe EXPO Marquee Service Event: Feeding Children Everywhere 

When:  Wednesday, September 4th

Time:  4pm-6pm

Where:  Under the BIG tent on campus    

What:  This year Trinity College faculty, staff and students will be working with Feeding Children Everywhere to package 10,000 meals for food insecure children in Pasco County.  Participation in this event requires registration and is limited to 100 individuals (student registration for iServe service events opens Wednesday, August 28).

Coffee FIX

When:  Thursday, September 5th

Time:  3pm-5pm

Where:  The dining commons

What:  Take a break in the day, enjoy a specialty coffee and meet representatives from local area churches and faith-based ministries.   Students can discover some of the needs in the community and connect with local church leaders.  This FREE event isn’t just for coffee enthusiasts, so join us and discover opportunities in our backyard!   


When:  Friday, September 6th

Time:  12pm-1pm

Where:  The dining commons 

What:  It’s lunch time!  Join us for lunch in the dinning commons with representatives from local area churches and faith-based ministries.  Finish conversations you began at Coffee FIX or meet new Christian leaders from the local area.  Grab-a-Bite and discover new ways you can serve here, there & everywhere.     

iServe EXPO Campus Service Event

When:  Friday, September 6th

Time:  3pm-6pm

Where:  On campus

What:  Service starts at home, so join us for a specially designed service project benefiting the campus community of Trinity College of Florida.  Get ready to roll up your sleeves and lend several helping hands. Participation in this event requires registration and is limited (student registration for iServe service events opens Wednesday, August 28). 

iServe EXPO Chapels 

When:  Wednesday, September 4th & Friday, September 6th

Time:  10:45am-12:00pm

Where:  Sid Williams Chapel on campus

What:  These chapels will feature students and guest speakers who are committed to making a difference in our local communities.  Get inspired to make service a lifestyle, not a slogan!   

Registration tables for service events will be available on campus during the lunch or you can stop by the Admissions Office to register.  Remember certain events have limited availability, so act quickly to be part of the excitement!
