Trinity College of Florida

All members of the TCF community have the right to make a report to the Coordinator directly, to be protected by TCF from retaliation for reporting an incident, and to receive assistance and resources from TCF.

TCF investigates complaints by administering an equal opportunity complaint procedure including investigating allegations of prohibited discrimination and harassment brought by students, faculty, and staff. TCF will resolve, both informally and formally, complaints of discrimination based on race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or gender identity.

TCF encourages any person who has experienced or witnessed a bias incident, discrimination, or harassment to report the conduct to TCF and to utilize available support services.

Any allegation of misconduct will be taken seriously.
