We have included several resources on the Trinity College of Florida website to guide you the financial aid process. You will find information regarding the various types of financial aid available to students and parents.

Important Steps

There are important steps you need to follow to secure the greatest amount of financial aid. 

Step 1:

Complete the online FAFSA (Free application for Federal Financial Aid).
Sign application by using your PIN at www.fafsa.ed.gov
FAFSAs may be completed after January 1.  Trinity College of Florida priority deadline for Financial Aid is March 15.  This is an annual application.

Step 2:

Complete and mail the Trinity College of Florida Financial Aid Application.

Step 3:

Allow time for processing your applications. 
After we have received your FAFSA and Trinity FAA Applications, financial aid award letters are mailed to students.  Student selected for verification should complete the appropriate Verification Worksheet and mail to Trinity College of Florida.  Verifications worksheets are available online in our Financial Aid Forms section. 

Step 4:

Applicants with Special Circumstances should complete the appropriate Special Circumstances Form and mail to Trinity College of Florida.  Special Circumstances Form are available online in our Financial Aid Forms section. 

Step 5:

Complete your Financial Aid File
1. After you receive your award letter, review all information carefully.
2. Accept or decline aid that has been awarded.
3. If accepting a loan, you must complete BOTH of the following:  
    a. Master Promissory Note   
    b. Entrance Counseling
4. Sign, date, and return award letter by mail.
