B.S. in Counseling

A bachelor of science degree in Counseling provides students with a foundation in the areas of developmental psychology, adolescent counseling, marriage and family communitcation, crisis counseling, group dynamics, and psychopathology. 

Students earning the B.S. in Counseling will be prepared for a variety of professional options in ministry and community settings.  Graduates may pursue careers in church and para-church ministries, human services sectors, social welfare case management, child and family services sectors, and behavioral coaching related careers.  Students will also be prepared for further graduate school or seminary study. 

The B.S. in Counseling can be completed online or on-campus.
